When we weren’t brewing, we were climbing up onto our shed roof with chairs and cracking open fresh Buffalo craft beers. This one’s for those nights: brewed with Whakatu Koura (a blend of New Zealand Wakatu hops and Phantasm Thiol powder derived from Sauvignon Blanc grapes), delivering waves of floral, citrus, lime, and white grape character.
