Molly’s Gate has been a beer we’ve been looking forward to making for quite some time now. Sipping on it now, we couldn’t be happier that we took the time to ensure that when we did it, we did it right. Named after our late family dog and her love for looking out into the front yard while roaming around in the back, Molly’s Gate is our first attempt and offering of an Irish Red Ale. Coming in at 5.5%, we believe that this beer holds true to that of a traditional Irish Red giving you a balance taste of sweet caramel, toffee and toasted buttercup. We’ll pour a little out for you, Molly. Cheers!
