Not every brew day was smooth. Brewing in a cramped kitchen meant spills, splashes, and sometimes the frustration that came with it — but also lessons we wouldn’t trade. This IPA, brewed with Motueka, Nelson, and Rakau hops, brings flavors of lime zest, white grape, and stone fruit. A little nod to the struggles that helped shape us.
